Jane Whalen is president of Midwest Procurement Partners, LLC. Jane Whalen is also president of Midwest Project Partners, Inc. Jane joined Midwest Project Partners after holding business development responsibilities for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for five years. She also spent six years with EDS, where she coordinated merger and acquisition initiatives, managed projects, and developed client relationships.
